01Can Saunature be installed in an existing sauna facility?
Yes. Saunature can be retrofitted into existing facilities. Depending on your current equipment, you may need to switch to a HUUM heater or add an IoT module to an existing heater. We review the site during a free consultation and propose the best plan.
02Can it be used without an internet connection?
Wi-Fi is required for core features. We can also support Wi-Fi setup at the facility. For mountain or island facilities with unstable connectivity, mobile router deployments may be possible.
03Can multiple facilities be managed with one account?
Yes. Multiple facilities can be managed from a unified dashboard while still checking settings, bookings and sales separately for each facility.
04If the system fails, is facility safety maintained?
Heater fail-safe functions help maintain a safe state if communication is interrupted. The system also issues immediate alerts when failures are detected.
05Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Plans can be used month to month.
06Will switching booking systems affect existing customers?
Existing booking methods can run in parallel during migration. We can provide a phased rollout plan for the new customer booking page URL to reduce confusion.
