Saunature is available on iOS devices, including iPhone and iPad, and Android devices. You can download it from the App Store and Google Play Store.

02How can I use Saunature as a facility owner?

Register as a facility owner in the app and complete the business onboarding flow. After setup, you can use facility management, booking management, QR scanning, and other operator tools.

03How does the QR code scanner work?

It is designed for facility owners and staff. Scan a guest's booking QR code from the scanner screen to record check-in and check-out.

04Is payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are handled through PCI DSS compliant security standards. Card details are not stored on Saunature servers.

05Can I manage multiple facilities with one account?

Yes. Owner accounts can manage multiple facilities from one place, assign staff permissions by facility, and track bookings and sales independently.
